Still I haven't got a plot they promised

I am a country vacation customer (from april'08). At time of selling the membership they told me I will be getting 2 free plots in kodai by Glory (koromangala branch) and they asked me to pay extra registration for it and I paid it. But they didnt register plot for more than 2 years but finally I got one plot registered on june'10 and they told me other plot will be registered after 1 week time but I went regularly to them but no response even I spoke to their asst branch manager HARI Krishnan but even he didnt care abt it yet. I am not able to reach any of their branch manager or high authority person in koromangala branch but not luck. I am able to talk to only to their customer support agents but I am not getting proper response from them. Now I am asking for refund but they dont provide it. So if I want to proceed with case. what should I need to know? I am not able to get right lawyer in bangalore. Someone please suggest me one.
