Hello everyone, My parents booked tickets for American Bonanza Tour on June. They got the visa through Cox and King and they have paid full amount also. But due to H1N1 they couldnt make it for the trip last year. This year they are planning but no one is reponding from Cox and Kings Office either in Bangalore or MUmbai. No one is responding for our repeated calls. Its already more than 6 months.

No one bothers to send a mail also. Whenever we call someone they say I am not the responsible member.

Shame on these guy!! they say world class service and they do this.
