Disgusting service provider for Honeymoon packages

False commitments and low category services for High price...

Hi, please consider this on serious note and be aware if you are using Darshan Travels services (Darshan Travels – near Washi Bridge, Navi Mumbai). They make fake promises and provides harassing services.

Firstly I would like to introduce my self, just to ensure that Darshan travels don’t complain that I am not their customer.

So the story began in Oct. when I was looking for a travel agent to plan my honeymoon. One of my friend.. Mr. Shabir Mulla, gave me Darshan Travels reference for honeymoon package. He also booked it for himself as he was getting married in Jan and he booked it for 4th Jan to 9th Jan. He is also one of the victims of Darshan travels and promised me to put complaint against Darshan Travels.

Like a every body else I believed my friend and booked the package at a cost of 38, 000.00 for Shimla Manali for 5 days and 4 nights. Before booking it I search for review about their services and found nothing. Since there were no reviews about them I decided to go for their service. THIS WAS MY BIGEEST MISTAKE and the reason for me to PUT MY REVIEW on internet. I work as a BDM and occasionally finds time, but I greatly realize the importance of posting review as I have suffered a lot bcoz of this. I am sure most of the people would have suffered because of them but no one has put anything on net or tried to bring it to notice, if somebody else would have done that then definitely I would not have to suffer for it, and that’s the major reason I am putting my complaint here.

Also, while making the booking I mentioned this point to people working for darshan travels like; Harjeet, Nilesh, Vinod kumar and Sneha that I have reviewed about your feedback and sound nothing good or bad. So I am assuming that you provide great service. They said “Sir don’t worry we provide quality service and you will be very happy to book your honeymoon from us” I Replied to them, that even through you don’t have a review for now, but take my word once I go for it you will have one. If you provide me a committed service, I will provide a good feedback and will recommend many of my friends BUT if you didn’t meet expectations then be ready to get the real feedback… as promised I am writing my feedback for them.

Following list include the list of false promises made, issues they created after going for their services;

1. Earlier while booking they committed to provide 3 star hotels – Shimla – Combermare and in Manali – Honeymoon Inn…at the very last moment they said that as the season is the peak season, they are not able to provide those hotels and have made arrangements to some other hotels. This they did prior to 2 days left for journey. You can image the situation as you have got married, planned your honeymoon, made all the payments and suddenly they ask you to go to some hotels that you haven’t heard off. Since you don’t have a choice at the last moment, you have to say YES. The thing in this case is that…while booking they charge a high cost from you for renowned hotels and then at the last moment they ask you to settle for hotels that if you book yourself, you can hire them at the half of the cost you have paid. I guess this is their business policy as they did the same thing with my friend.

2. While booking they said that driver will pick you in morning from Delhi airport and will drop you to Manali by 10 PM, but nothing has happed as they committed, driver dropped us to Manali at 1:30 AM wasting our lot of time and by driving the vehicle very slow to get the average from vehicle. While discussing with the driver I came to know that EVEN AFTER PAYING THEM FULL AMOUNT THEY HAVE NOT MADE FULL PAYMENT TO DRIVER.

3. The spots mentioned in the journey were not shown saying that its not possible to go there as there was snow fall, whereas the tourist from neighboring rooms were going. Very strange but TRUE.

4. The Manali hotel [ROYAL REGENCY ]was OK type and while checkout asked to wait for 3 hours as Darshan Travels didn’t made the payments. It was so embarrassing moments that one could face with your newly married wife. Still I am not sure, why they not made the payment when I have made the complete payment before 15 days.

5. In Shimla, the hotel offered was Sukh Sagar for 2 day stay. It was again an embarrassing moment. Sukh sagar have two hotels. One is good to stay and other not good at all. They asked us to stay for one day in each property. Rather than asked, they forced us to do that saying that this was already told to your travel agent and they have agreed for this. When I asked Darshan Travels, they were not having any idea about this and tried to avoid my phones. I was literally feeling ensure and harassed instead of enjoying on my honeymoon. This happened on day before last day of my tour i.e. 26 Dec.

6. Again all the mentioned points in shimla were not shown saying we have lack of time. For this I have asked Darshan travels to refund me 10, 000 Rs but they never respond to my query.

7. On my last day of tour i.e. on 27th Dec, I had to catch a flight from Delhi air port at 7:30 Pm and in morning we were in shimla. On 26th night, the driver said me that the darshan Travels have not made the payments yet and I will not drop you to delhi station until the payment gets released.

Also he was asking me to make the payments..again the money which I have already made. It such a harassments…. I followed 20 times with Darshan travels, their agent Ravi from comfortable and driver Sunil Sharma from Himachaul tours to make it to Delhi air port on time… I know how I managed that situation. People from darshan travels, kept saying that they have made the payments on 26th Dec evening which they did on 27th Dec 11:45 AM. Finally I was dropped to airport at 7:00 Pm but I can only feel the kind of honeymmon I had 

Please be aware of Darshan Holidays (travels) situated at Vashi. Please do not book Honeymoon package with them. If you want to know more about their disgusting services you can call me @ 922 524 3949
