Makemytrip is a fraud company

On 30th of March (India-Pakistan Match) there was an offer on Make mytrip bookings. As per the offer A cash back of Rs. 2 was supposed to be given for every run that India scores. And Rs. 50 for every Pakistani wicket. Based on the status of the match. I was supposed to get a cash back of Rs. 1020.

10 Pakistani wicekts= 10 X 50= 500

260 Indian runs= 2X 260= 520

Total= 1020

I booked two tickets on that day, but i got a cash back of Rs. 540 on 1 ticket and Rs.0 on the other ticket. My booking Ids are:

I called the customer care 4 times but everytime I did not get a proper respone... the call was placed on hold everytime and then disconnected. This is the worst customer care I have interacted with. When they dont have a proper answer when I cornered them, they disconnected the call. I am not worried about the money but the only thing thatis bothering me is that how can these companies cheat us like this. They say something in the offer and when time comes to pay us back they turn their back on us. This is highly un acceptable. I really want to teach them a lesson. IF any one has any sugeestion on how to tech them a lesson please let me know.
