I can’t find proper words to describe my BAD EXPERIENCE with DEWAN TRAVELS PVT LTD, Connaught Place, New Delhi, was. I happened to be in contact with one Ms. SEEMA NARANG to book a package tour for my family of FIVE MEMBERS. She kept on changing her statement every time I spoke to her. Once she promised to give a FREE PACKAGE OF MALAYSIA along with EUROPE TOUR. The next day she withdrew her statement and instead offered to give us a package on reduced rate. As the family members were bent on visiting Europe, I once again contacted her. This time she promised to give FREE PACKAGE TO GOA. Finally, at the time of booking, the DEWAN TOURS gives me nothing. They say “we are very sorry – the scheme is over”. I strongly advise all seeking tour packages from DEWAN TOURS, not to approach them, as it is a fraud company. To attract customers they give false promises. BEWARE OF DEWAN TRAVELS PVT LTD.
