The company takes full amount in advance, commits u all the facilities and some extra benifits complimentary as mentioned in itenary.tour date 17/5. we were committed a/c bus, cook, neat and clean hotel rooms, and other basic facilities. out of which none of the above were fullfilled. we had to lend money to the tour manager to proceed further to the next destination. tour manager was the most pathetic person mr. satish gangal. we repeadly called the dhaval tours office and communicated to ms.deepa/mr.vinayak/mr. rohit, /mr. vaibhav/mansi.. etc to help us out of this mess and talk to the owner. we had 8 senior citizens and 6 children which were starving since 4 days as the manager did not have money to fulfill our needs. elderly had to take medicenes but couldnt take them coz they didnt have any food intake. heartless, shameless, ruthless these dhaval tours ppl, one day the hotel manager made us prisoners as these ppl did not pay them the amount of this year as well as of last years tour. heights!!! our complete program was flopped.and that day we lost one of our precious co-passenger. coz of these ruthless ppl. plz pass on this message to infinite ppl so that no one else suffers this mental and physical torture... plzz
