Fraudulent Activity

My Mother Mrs. Ranjana Das had received a call from an executive of Dining Plus (Delhi) and was pressurised to submit her credit card details for some Travel package which we are unaware of. Without her approval the company had deducted an amount of 5499 (INR) from her ICICI Credit card and in spite of repeated appeals from my end there is no relevant action being taken till date.
