Efund not done after 30 days of promise

Sir/Madam

This is with the reference of the ticket no 0223832301.I had cancelled the ticket due to late departure of the train by 7 (seven) hours from its schedule time. It was promised to me that the money will be refunded after 30 days but the agent is claiming now to refund the money after 90 (ninety) days.

I dont know if i could believe with the agent commitment. Plz help me with this.
