Fraud with money used for booking

Hi

I had used the services of ezeego travels on 15th of December to book hotels in Jodhpur. They had the provision for request on demand but they took the entire payment of Rs 6222 before that

They could not confirm the booking and immediately i requested for refund. At the time of booking the terms said that the refund would hapen within 1 week if they are not able to confirm. Its 25 days now but my refund has not been processed.

I have been following up on both mails and phone but of no use. I hear it will be done but there is no result.

Wanted to bring it to your notice on what should be done next since its a reputed travel agency which is acting like this
