Mr Debasis chakraboty took Rs 4500 from me for providing the Passpaort to be made in 10 days. He provided me with a receipt and

I have a proof of the same. But he was not able to make the Passport. He is now not refunding back my amount and delaying everyday. He lies and in no mood to refund back my amount.

I am presently working in Hyderabad and it is acheating company
