Money Fraud - No refund of train ticket money

I want to raise complaint against Friendly Tour Organizer, Pune.

This is a fraud company that give false promises to customers, take money from them and doesn't do the promised work.

I contacted them in Dec '09 to book 2 train tickets from Mumbai to Udaipur and they asked me to pay in full. I paid them full amount of Rs.1000. They did not book my ticket till the last day due to which I missed the train and had to arranged alternate transport. When I asked to return my money they clearly refuse to give it back.

For last 7 months, they are giving excuses of not returning the money. This is a serious fraud and stern action must be taken against such company. Please help me in getting my money back.
