I had booked 2 air tickets (details given below) from the website named "traveleasy.com" on date 11/09 around 10.30 pm through netbanking. I followed each and every instructions mentioned in the web page. Ultimately my bank account was debited without getting any air tickets booked. Since then I have been trying to get my money back. I have tried phone calls, emails repeatedly, but the said company doesnt respond to my requests. Now I am helpless. please suggest me what to do.
