Item lost on Docket # 466729767

Hello,

It's shameful to see that an item over Docket # 466729767, is found un-delivered. This was package was due delivery dated - 16-05. There were a total of 26 Items (Household), out of which only 25 were delivered.

The Gati System shows all items as delivered and NO debts have been updated.

The Peenya (Bangalore) Gati office did a manual check and found that the Package has not been delivered to them. They say it is either missing from Allahabad or Patna. They have not been able to track where the item was lost.

Would want to know if you could help me find out the missing baggage?

Description of the package:

3f X 3f X2f Hand Bag (Black in Color with Red Stripes), wrapped in a white colored Jute Gunny bag.

Value of the contents: approximately Rs.15, 000 to 20, 000 worth clothes and policy papers.
