Dear All,

I Mr. Ramesh Bokadia along with my family and friends Jayesh Bhansali, Champalal Waghela Prashant Joshi (nearly 39 people in a single group) visited to South Africa through Gem Tours & Travels from 18th May to 28th May. At the time of booking Gem Tours owner Mr. Jyotin Doshi has promise us lot of things. However during our travel he has harassed us like any thing. The food given to us was not up to the mark. In traveling within South Africa he has not provided us proper Transportation. When I tried to Mr. Jyotin Doshi in India by phone he never pick up my phone.

We have booked for sky dive but he has not provided us and others who have not booked the sets he has given priority to them and our whole day was wasted and we dropped at Capetown at night 11 O' Clock without water and snacks. Though he has given us the Menu in writing he failed to provide the food as per menu and we were given Lamb Samosa in snacks without any intimation for Veg and Non Veg. He has spoiled our Jainism.

Hence, I request you to take proper action against this Gem Tours & Travels.
