This is with regard to complain of your service. The co-ordination I had with Trupti & then with Mr. Nishant. I have booked the tour on 9th Sep 2010.My tour date was 19th Nov. Just 3 days before the tour date recd call from nishant requesting to amend the tour date from 19th to 18th Nov as some problem from his side..Till that time i have not recd ticket, visa & other documents. Infact before also I have changed the date from 20th Nov to 19th Nov on request from trupti.& I was told always that this date is confirmed, dont worry about it.& now again change in the date. It is not my fault then too I amended date from 20th to 19th & now it was not possible for me to amend the date and I have planned further tour after returning back & all the tickets are booked for the same. I had already given leave application at my work and same to the school of my son. Requesting again for change in date is very hard from my side. Then too I told Nishant that you can book the tour late by late till 22nd Nov.then too it was not booked saying that the flights tickets are expensive. If I cancel the tour then visa charges amounting to arnd 10k would be deducted.(This when I was speaking soft and requesting) It is not my fault then why I should pay the charges??Later on when It was out of control, I started speaking loudly. After that I was informed that no charges would be deducted & full amount will be refunded to you. No Apologis letter from your side on this matter nor recd any call or e-mail also from anyone with regard to this. This doesn’t seem like a professional tour & travels.
Why such kind of bad service? This I have mention before also in the e-mail but still no improvement from your side. Infact I have called so many times and I have hardly recd any call from your side except tour date change. We were planning for a long tour may be far east and europe but after this to be frank I would never ever travel by GEM Travels & would not recommend to others also. This was our first International tour & that too from your tours and travels. It had spoil our moods and dreams which we were seeing. It was my wrong decision to select this tour and travels? I would rather say that you trained your sales person for this.
Hope this never happens with anyone else in the future.
