Hi,

This travel agency is totally fraud. The owner is Jyotin Doshi having several branch across India.

We Had booked a tour with Gem Travel to Dubai paying full amount much in advance. And we received a phone call a week in advance suggesting there is problem in visa and you can take your refund. After several follow ups they still insisted that there was problem from UAE consulate on Visa and pushing us for refund.

This was sad as whole vacation was planned. After investigation it was revealed that visas were never applied for as the plane rate were spiked he was not willing to conduct the tour. After constant follow up the owner was not picking up he phones and finnaly he manged to send us after 2 days and that to in via flight Mum-Chenani-Dubai and same return. The arrangement in Dubai was also pathetic.
