False Committement

The website is very unprofessionally managed. I had a very bad experience with them in terms of their commitment and behavior. After lot of discussions we finally arrived at final rates for the package booking at GOA. The also confirmed the same on mail. Post that I had stopped talking to other agents. But at the last moment they backed out on the price they had quoted me. They even did not care to inform me.

I was left in very bad situation at very last moment. I would caution everyone and advise not to use their service to make booking in goa.
