Goibibo.com travel reservation is a fraud

I booked two tickets on ibibo.com. After payment is processed, the ticket timings are changed (by goibibo.com due to some bug, I think). When I called their customer service, they were suggesting that I changed the times randomly and still paid for the tickets. For cancelling the tickets, they charged me Rs. 250/- per ticket apart from the Rs.750/- per ticket charged by the airline. (The airline, SpiceJet, confirmed that the problem is with goibibo.com). I lost Rs.- plus the headache of talking to their stupid customer service just for nothing.

I would not recommend goibibo.com to an enemy.
