Fraud about holidays

I'd been sold 2 weeks holidays for alternate years worth Rs.1, 70, 000/- for 30 years and told that if you don't want to go on vacations they'll sell the holidays or rent it to some other persons. But I haven't received my total documents after 1 and a half year, every time I called them they were in the meeting or linger the matter for the coming month. I am very frustated, The company is having its office in Lajpat Nagar II.
