Great World Holiday offer from Duetsche bank

I have availed a offer from Duetsche bank-Blue circle regarding 5D/4N offer from Great World holiday offer for which Rs 6742 was being charged to my credit card in Nov 08.

After continous follow-up i received this offer-kit in May Now when in Dec-09 when i was trying o avail the offer Plat 5 through which i am getting the offer are saying this voucher validity is over & over tampered, so you cannot avail this offer.

No response from Duetsche bank & Plat5.

Duetsche bank should not provide such offers as we go by bank name & no body from Plat 5 gives response-third class agency (not speaking properly to customers).
