Non provision of service

I booked a cab on 11.02.2011 for dropping from ngos colony to kukatpally at 7.15 pm though i received confirmation message the cab did not turn up when i contacted the call center one person told me that the driver is on the way and reach me as scheduled and sent me an sms with drivers name and cell no but the driver did not call me even after 8.00pm when myself contacted he switched off the phone. Then i made alternative arrnagements. It gave me lot of trouble besides wasting my time. My advise to Green cabs is that when ur not in a position to provide service pl tell the people at the outset without making them frustrate.
