Cheated and lied to us at evey stage of our tour to Kodaikanal, Thekkady, Munnar and Aleppy

We had taken a package tour at Kodaikanal from Green Valley Holidays, properieter was Mohammed Munna.

At the time of booking, they had promised to provide star class hotels a (pproved byor undertaking of ITDC) and local sight seeing at Kodaikanal and transport and sight seeing by Indica car to Thekkady, Munnar, Aleppy and drop to Ernakulam (Cochin) after all sight seeing.

After taking the money, they provided the worst kind of hotels, stinking, non-ventilated, shabby rooms at all places. Instead of providing hotel at Thekkady, we were given stinking lodge at Cumbam 22kms before Thekkady. At Munnar they put us in Venkateshwara inn not meeting the requirements of proper hotel and in Aleppy a similar dirty congested hotel called Aleppy residency.

From Munnar they didnot provide proper sight seeing and instead of Indica car they provided a jeep and thruout from Munnar to Aleppy we were sent in a jeep and entire journey we were wet due to continuous rain.

At Aleppy they did not send any vehicle for sight seeing and from Alleppy to Ernakulam also no transport was provided and we had to pay extra and make our own arrangement to go to Ernakulam to catch our evening train.

Response of the travel agent was ridiculous and lying al the time and proved us the worst services.
