Deceiving the passengers

I booked 5 tickets for AC sleeper from Delhi to Katra on 19th Aug.'11. The bus started at 11:30 PM which was scheduled by 9:00 PM.

For some time everything was going fine but at 2:00 AM the bus driver switched off the AC and dint start on repeated request of the pessangers. Rather he was deceiving the passengers that AC was on. this was their stretegy to save fuel.

More over, when the bus reached Jammu, they asked all the pessangers of Katra to get down and board other bus but all the pessangers got engry and had a quarel with the Traveller and the driver.

The same thing happened in the return journey from Katra to Delhi booked from the same Hari Travels Pvt. Ltd.

I request all the readers not to book any ticket through Hari Travels. they are damn liers. they attract the pessangers doing fake promises and deceive them after being paid...
