Misbehaviour of Bus Conducte

Dear Sir,

I was travelling from Delhi To Karnal on Bus of Haryana Roadways HR 55E 6209. This was one of the buses in which extra fare is charged to provode extra comfort to the passengers. But, The condition of bus was not good. Seats were worn. The bus staff are supposed to behave in a good manner with the passengers, but the bus conducter was using abusive language against me. His behaviour was rude. He denied to tell his name. When I demanded complaint book he denied and said "Tu mera kuchh nahi kar sakta" This type of behaviour of a bus conductor with passengers is a matter of shame for the people of free india. I request for the proper action to be taken against that bus conductor, .
