I had booked tour from Heena for after marriage to Kerela, & had a really worst experiance of that, My tour incharges was a junior, doesn't had knoledge of the place, we were also not covered all the places mentioned in the booklet, & also the vehical privided was faulty.

Me & my other tour friends went to the Head of Heena tours, but he doesn't gave the proper reply.

I had spend lots of money for booking from Heena tour, just b'coz it has a good name. but now after my tour i dont suggest any one to book from them.

Please some one guide me the solution of it, as i had a really worst tour of my life.
