Pathetic service, false promises

Take my word for it. This place is alive because of the net. You will never be able to find it otherwise, such is the location. I went there looking at the positive reviews on various sites (which must have been put by the owners). The swimming pool was a joke if u can call that hole a pool! The service was poor. No remote controls for TV and AC, TV was not working. No receipts are provided for the stay. The place is not worth what they are charging. There is only one person to serve and it takes hell lot of time to get something done. The owners do not have any manners at all, they dint even bother to check out the problems with the customers even when they were staying there!! If you dont have your own vehicle do not even think about going here even if they provide you free pickup. It will cost you 300 Rs for a return trip to the lonavla market. There is nothing at all that you can do here. The AC's dont work and there is no remote for the TV. The TV's there are the smallest size u can ever see. You will have to buy the mineral water as they will not provide you normal water and it will cost you 25 Rs for a one liter bottle. None of the guests were happy, everyone was upset with the services.

The fact that i have written such a big review will be enough for all you guys not to even think about this place as an option. But still if you happen to go there, please write about your experience so that no one else gets fooled by the reviews on the net because this black business is thriving only because of these reviews.

If there was an option of HELL to rate this place I would have used it, but right now i will have to give it a "terrible" rating.
