Car damaged and driven 900 KM before delivery to Pune

I Booked my car Ford Ikon through Hindustan movers and packers, owner name is Pradeep, booking person who came to pick up my stuff was bijender. Before getting my order he was calling me every hour for the business and asured me that car will be fully insured and if there will be any damage, Hindustan Cargo Packers and Movers will be responsible. I placed service contract with them to deliver the car from Delhi to Pune. They promised 5 days delivery, after five days when I did not recev the car I called them they misguided me that your car is on the way. finaly they asked me to pick the car as car is in very bad condition (side miror broken, battery and alternator not working, bonnet and hood lock broken, sratches all over and 900 KM driven extra). i paid 20, 000 Rs to repair my car. Hindustan movers and packers people are criminals who are torturing customers and using there consignments for criminal purposes. so i even lodeged a compaling to police but no answer still. i request to the governement of India to please take strtict action to such kind of criminal packers and movers.
