Racism and Rude behavior-by Munna

I would like to bring to notice to all travellers of Pune to Hyderabad going to use HKB Travels (office located near Jahangir Hospital, Pune)...

The name of the this agent is Munna

1.)who refused to give the ticket 5 days before the Date of Journey saying that they don't issue tickets 5 days in advance...

2.)He told me that these tickets are for Regular travellers only and will not be given to ANYBODY

THIS IS RACISM/DISCRIMINATION

I was horrified a.) because I have been a regular traveller and b.)I was already issued tickets 7 days in advance in the past by this same guy

Shocked < i somehow got the number of the Director, who spoke to this rude idiot.

When I asked him to issue the return ticket, he again refused.

note that because of the high fare charged by other operators, it is quite obvious that this Munna is trying to sell the tickets at a premium to his close so called "regular customers"... This is clearly not acceptable... Everyone should have a right to buy the tickets and it should be a first come first serve thing...

Guys if you face the same situation, please talk to the director of HKB and have this sorted out...

I would be very happy if this guy is caught and send to police...
