Hotel booking
Non reimbursement

I had booked a five star hotel for 3 days in banglore. Due to some reason I had cancel my bookings.

It was for the amount of Rs. 17800/-.They agreed to cancel the booking at Rs.300 as cancellation charges. So they would reimburse Rs.17500/-.The booking was made on 2nd october. The amount was immediated paid through credit card. Thisis the only proof I have against tavel guru. On my insistence also they did not email me my booking confirmation and then also my cancellation confirmation. I must have made around 20 calls but they kept me transfering from one person to the other. Please help. What should I do now.
