Poor service and bad behaviou

Dear authority

I am highly unsatisfied with the following hotel in Malda, W.B. India

Hotel Kalinga

Approved by ministry of government India, A two star hotel

Due to the following reasons

1.The room tariff is not up to the mark

2.Room service is very poor, AC’s not working

3.No facility available when the current electricity is off

4.Food quality is worst

5.No proper conversation moral ethics are followed by all the staff, Talking language is very rude with the customers

6.House keeping and cleanness is not having any norms

In short not a single tourist can be happy by the hotel accommodation.

I am willing a strong action from you regarding the above complaints
