HotelPushpak.com, kalpana square, Bhubaneswar - 741014
Cancellation Money Not refunded

I, Santanu Ghosh Roy, Had a booking for two at Hotel Sangeet, Shimla for two days, from 5th-7th Nov-10. i have done this booking through online transaction by an agent named HotelPushpak.com. I have done this booking on 25th Sep-10. I made a advance payment of 1 day room rent of Rs.950/- on 25-Sep-10. My Booking Confirmation No. HPR-109-3914-126933. but on 3rd Nov-10 due to health problem i have to cancel the booking, for cancellation i called up HotelPushpak.com and as per their instruction they made my cancellation confirm. and they told me that by next 11 days refunds (after 15% deduction) will made in my credid card a/c. but after 12 days of waiting i again called up HotelPushpak.com but they denied to pay me the refunds. This is totally fraud. i want justice. Please help me.
