Service issue

I have got some phone calls from some promotional vacation schemes offered by http://www.1touchsolutions.com/religare/. The executive send me the list of hotels/locations where the co. provides accomodation for couple for 7days in Rs 7000.By booking now Customer could be regestered for 1 year for this package and they will get a Travel Bag of Adidas wort rs 2000 by booking at that day. The procedure to use this is to call on given contact no. one month before your journey. I have taken this package and paid for this through my credit card on IVR system of the co. in SEP 2010 for my honymoon in MAR. After Booking I got a welcome kit of the co. for list and details but I didn't receive any Bag as per their offer. I have tried many time on the contact no. they have given to me but contact could not be established on that no. Later I have also tried in FEB to book hotel for my honymoon but the situation was same.

One month has been passed from my marriage and there is no worth for me for that package. And till date that no. is not contactable.
