DEAR SIR,

WE HAVE COME BACK FROM THAILAND TRIP ON 03.11.2009 AT 12.30 PM, WE APPRECIATE SERVICES OF MRS. TIM, BUT IN TOTALITY WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH SOTC ON ACCOUNT OF FOLLOWING

1. AS COMMITED BY SOTC WE HAVE GOT ONLY 3 DAYS AGAINST 5 DAYS STAY IN THAILAND.

2. NO JAIN FOOD PROVIDED DURING OUR STAY.

3. AS PER THE ITENERY PROVIDED BY YOU THAT TIFFANY SHOW AND SAFARI WORLD ICLUDED IN TOUR PROGRAM, THEY HAVE CHARGED US SEPERATELY FOR 300 BHAT AND 900 BHAT PER PERSON.

4. YOU HAVE CHARGED ALMOST ADULT PRICE IN CASE OF CHIELD WITH BAD, WHILE THERE IS A CLEAR DIFF. IN AIRFARE BY RS. 3000/- AND ONLY A BAD PROVIDED IN DOUBBLE ROOM, SO IN THAT CASE YOU HAVE TO CHARGE PRICE APPLICABLE IN TRIPPLE SHARING ROOM AND THE ROOM SHOULD ALSO BE OF THAT SIZE.

5. MORE INTERESTING THING WAS THAT ONE GROUP ALSO CAME FROM AHEMDABAD THROUGH OM HOILDAYS AND WE SURPRISE TO KNEW THAT THE SAID COMPANY HAS GIVEN 5 NIGHT 6 DAYS TRIP WITH SIMILER HOTELS BREAK FAST, LUNCH AND DINNER AND TO AND FRO AIRFARE FROM AHEMDABAD @ 27500/- P.P ONLY, IT MEANS SOTC HAS CHARGED US VERY HIGH AMOUNT.

SO, IN TOTALITY WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH SOTC AND WE THINK AGAIN AND AGAIN IN FUTURE TO GO WITH SOTC.
