Feedback letter after Europe Tou

I undertook the European Essential Tour with Club 7 Holidays, Kolkata during 21st May to 3rd June. After my return I sent a detailed feedback letter to Mr Benu Basumallick, MD of Club 7, (my letter dated 14th June). I highlighted the positive points about the tour but also pointed out some serious issues on which we were not too happy. One being that we were not taken to see the Louvre as it was closed on our day of visit (tuesday 25th May) when the payment for the same was taken 3 months in advance! The itinerary was too hectic and many places could not be seen properly. Our city tour of Rome was badly cut short merely because one group of 10 passengers was taking early flight while we were staying the night in Rome.

My letter of 14th June to Club 7 was received by the office by till date there has been no response and not even an acknowledgement of the same. The concerne sales person was also told about my letter but even he has not bothered to get back to me. They are too busy taking fresh bookings to bother about the feelings or satisfaction of a past customer... well we are not going back to Club 7!
