Efund of excess payment

I have booked a flight ticket throgh Make my trip on 29th May. from chennai to kolkata and the Make my trip IDis: FLT000016233770. Inadvertantly the payment was made TWICE. through Internet banking. After going through the bank statement after somedays I came to know that the payment for the ticket as made twice. Thereafter by June 15th I have given the details to Make my trip. They wanted a statement from the bank showing the details. Till now I am getting only the automated reply that I will be hearing from them within 24 hours. So many 24 hours passed. until now they have not remitted back the money due to me. It clearly shows their callous attidude towards their customers complaints
