Mis committment

I had entered into an agreement with this company for a "Red" membership for 1 B/R.

At the time of signing the membership, I was informed that I can get a booking with 2 day's prior notice. I applied for bookings at Fort Chanwa Luni Jodhpur for 25th and 26 the Dec'09. The booking request was made on 11th Dec'09. I was informed that the propoerty is sold out! I checked with the hotel and they immediatly sent me mail confirming availability of rooms!

When I tried to contact them, no one is picking up my calls. Their marketing head Mr. Roy is avoiding me.

They are cheats... Please do not fall into the trap.
