Inadequate Frequency & late coming

Respected Sir,

I have complaint against bus rute no-364.in last week during 20/9 to 24/9 morning time 10.15am bus came 10 to 15 min late also in evening after 6.30 it had come late .on 27/09 7.10pm bus came at 8.00pm inspite of having 4 buses in depo. They've not send single bus before 8.00pm. one old lady wating for bus since 6.50pm after some time she sat on road, she could't stand on bus stop & there were no space on stop.

so! kindly take action against it & make it on time with adequate frequency.
