Booked a trip to Nepal with this agency and paid 43 500IND taxes- which had to be paid cash, agent of course put that money in his pocket.
I was giving a voucher valid for:
Flight to Katmandu - delayed one day
Hotel Katmandu- shitty hotel
Flight around Himalaya- cancelled two days in a row
Trip to national park- ok
Trip to basecamp- not possible at all, due to short amount of time.
I called them several times, they always blame someone else, and promise that it will be fixed, but it never does.
They never call back and wont accept refunds, even if the significant part of service is not delivered.
They also claim to be the official travel agency of India, which is also false.
Do NOT trust or buy anything from this people. They will fraud and scam you at any given opportunity.
