Other passengers in reservation compartment

I with my husband was travelling in Ashram Express for delhi to ajmer . we have got reservation done but i was a very bad expereice that there was no difference in general coach and reservation coach .passengers were full in reservation coach also, ias suprised when TT come and did not say anything to those people .when i ask why these people are there i was told that r they sitting on ur seat... it seems that TT has taken bribe from these people . i was feeling that i have wasted my money getting reservation as it is simillar to general coach and i really realised that corruption is increasing like anything . i would request higher authorities to have a check on this.
