I have already given 1 complain about India today on 6th Of March'10, that I have not received my tour package which I booked on 17th Of Jan'10. They sent 1 mail on 7thof March & ask for my credit card statement scan copy which I sent on 8thMarch'10, after that I still didn't get any response from them, how can they do like this with any customer? they don't have any responsibility.
