INDIA TODAY GROUP CHEATING BY SELLING HOLIDAY PACKAGE

India Today Group is selling several products via bagittoday, (they are bagging others money actually by this service).

I had purchased a 7Night/8Day Holiday Package 3 Months Before, they had given so many commitments like 5-Star Resorts, All services for free, you will be able to select any destination and much more.

After making so many phone calls I last received the printed Voucher.

I had sent the booking request form to them, I got received confirmation as received on 12th Oct, Wednesday.

I called them on Saturday, they said that they have receive the courier, and send soft copy to bmh@affordablesalespromotions.com, I did that and they asked me to call on monday.

I called them today, they are saying that they have not received the courier, please send a soft copy again.

This took the whole day as they are not receiving all the calls, and puts you on a IVR all the time, at last it autodrops the call.

I contacted the bagittoday they also have started rejecting the calls (Rediculas way of serving customers).

So at last I have come to know that I am cheated for 7000 Rs for the first time and 750 Rs DD at the second time. I booked for the holiday but will have to spend holidays at home as I could not get anything from a reputed company after paying they 7750 Rs. Yes I get harassment.

I would request all the indians to stop dealing with india today group.
