Diwali offer-fraud

Sir,

I have been the customer of Reliance Broadband since 3-4 years... in 2009 Diwali times it offered a scheme subscription of Rs 2000 for which 4000 thousand net-time and gift voucher was alluring... it was by way of scratch card... accordingly I got Scratch Card No: JPPXZ6619118, Reciept No B0800925221 and Coupon No:2591... with a extra fee of Rs 100 the demand gift has been sent Delhi... on 4/12/09... but so far no reply about the goods sent or being sent... nor any communication from Reliance Webstore Ltd... with this notice... i am filing the complaint and it may lead to litigation in the courts
