Sir,

i was gone to banglore on 28.03.2010 for tourism purpose from mumbai and we have taken a package tour from unnathi tour & travels banglore (ITDC AGENT) on 28.303.10 at 22.00 hrs for banglore .mysore, ooti, as per his package tour he is given me hotel as per my requirement at banglore but in mysore they have booked the lodge for me but as per agreement he told me i booked the hotel for u in mysore .after asking to him they have not giving proper reply and after some time mr.k.s. mallik is switch off his mobile.

They have not given the front seat as per his agreement and there is no number in back side of seat.

the guide provided by him his language ia very rough & he is commanding the people as like police
