Jeyam Travels/ Redbus
Worst travel service provided

Hi,

On 10 february I had a worst experience with Jeyam Travels Chennai. I have booked ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore in the 10:00 pm bus through redbus. I went to Koyembedu by 9:30 itself and the Jeyam travels operators asked me to wait in the office. Sharp at 9:55pm they asked us to board the bus which is parked in the nearby petrol bunk. I went their and found that, a bus of MRM which seems to be a partner of Jeyam travles. The condition of the bus was so worst, No side window glass, no curtains and uncleaned seats. Since I booked sleeper seat, I was sure that I can't travel in that bus till coimbatore, its around 11 hours. I asked the driver and conductor about this, but they behaved in a bad way. I asked them to cancel my tickets, they told they wont do and asked me to cancel ticket in redbus. I called redbus and their response was like, they wont cancel until the bus operator says. I have talked to the bus operators around 45 minutes, their bahaviour was worst and I never expect that. Atlast I made a call from my phone to redbus and given the phone to one of the operators in the Jeyam travels office. After long talk, they promised me that they will arrange a ticket in the next bus (11:30pm), which is a normal seater bus. I have agreed since their was no other way for me. This incident troubled me a lot and wasted my time and money. I would request every reader of this should take care while booking ticket in Jeyam Travels.
