Worst service of Kaleswari travels

Hi,

I am Lakshyata Shrivastava. I had travelled first time from Hyderabad to Pune on 5th Sept night.

I booked ticket from Diwakar travels, Hi-Tec City Road, Madhapur, Hyderabad and the bus is at 8:30 PM A/C Sleeper.

My seat no. was 12U and the fare was Rs. 1000.

This was my worst experience of travel via bus in my life.

First they changed the bus at around 3:30AM in the mid-night to another Kaleswari travels (bus no. 1116), and disturbed all the people in the night. And then after traveling around 2 hours, the bus stopped due to some technical problem (don’t know what) near sholapur.

It was impossible to get another convence from there as it stopped in totally outer place. (Around 250 KM away from Pune).

At that time Kaleswari travels should have to arrange another bus/cab for all the people, but they did nothing.

All the people personally arrange the cab and then it became possible for us to reach Pune nearly at around 3 PM, which we were supposed to reach at 7:30 AM.

And the worst part of the staff member in the bus that they didn’t even inform all the persons to change the bus or there is a problem in the bus. I was at the last seat; I was totally unknown of these situations. I was informed by a friend whom I got introduced in the bus itself, if she didn’t inform me then how did I come to know?

I suffered a lot as I missed my office at that day and have faced these problems due to Kaleswari travels.

I want to get refund my fare as soon as possible. Please tell me from where I can collect my fare in Pune.

It is ok that these situations can happen anytime and anywhere, but it is your responsibility to let all the people reach at safety place.
