After the confirmation mail from Animma (Kalra Tours & Hotels Inc), For helicopter's (Global Vectra Helicorp Ltd) ticket i have to wait till 3.30 pm on 14/04. For ticket & boarding pass, literally i was in line instead she mentioned that already booked. And while returning Helicopter agency refused to carry us to Katra so we have to walk down all the way. We missed our Rajdhani train (Jammu to Delhi) and i had to book Flight for Delhi which cost to me 14, 028/- and in all these issue she was never bother for us. She took all our money in advance and now she is not answering call. Thanks to Hotel Devi Grand, they helped us as they can.
