Sir,

I ordered for a tatkal ticket for two persons from New Delhi to Varanasi Jn in Kashi vishwanath exp. on date 09 june. PNR NO. is 2804545394.That agent booked the ticket of 4 person on the same ticket and also he printed wrong name and gender of my colleague. Now, he is asking for 700Rs perhead. He is saying that he books ticket by a separate software not provided by IRCTC and that software charges more than IRCTC.The original cost of ticket perhead is 374Rs approx. Even he is saying to pay the penalty to the TTE by myself due to his mistake. Kindly help me as soon as possible. Tomorrow is my journey. He usually do this to all the customers and because majority of customers don't know anything about this are daily frauded by him.
