Ticket money not refunded when ticket booking was not complete

Hi,

I tried to book bus tickets through Kesineni Travels online website on 2nd december. The amount of Rs. 250/- is deducted from my ICICI credit card account.

But the tickets are not booked and i got the Transaction Error page.

I called to help line and they created/given service request number is 23278 and told me with in 10 to 15 working days my money will credit to my credit card account. Still I didn't get back my money. When I called to those customer care people they are putting the hold for 10 minutes and disconnecting my call.

can you please let me know the status of my transaction and when can the transaction amount will be credited into my Account back.
