Non refund of bus ticket

My Friend Swati Jain made a booking with KESINENI TOURS & TRAVELS on February 27 for traveling from Mumbai to Hyderabad. While booking through their website, some error popped up and the ticket dint get booked but the fare amount Rs. 1000 got deducted from her Citibank A/C. When called the customer care, they asked her to book the ticket again and Rs.1000 will be refunded back within a week. when she did booking second time, she got the the tickets and also her bank a/c got credited by Rs1000.

She booked one ticket but her citibank debit card statement show Rs 1000 debited twice from her account towards the payment of bus fare.

She has proof of her bank a/c which clearly indicate that - an online purchase of Rs. 1, 000 was made twice on February 27 towards Avenues India Pvt Ltd, the payment gateway aggregator of Kesineni travels.

I am calling Kesineni customer care continuously, but they are now refusing to pay back the amount which was deducted twice.

Please look into the matter and help.
