Kripa Balaji Mumbai is a horrible tour operator in Mumbai. I had booked a vacation package with them for 6N/7D stay for Himachal. This was the 1st time that I was travelling to Himachal & hence didn't know the time duration between the locations. They took 30K in cash with 100% advance; reasons which I realized later. When the package was initially booked, their person Mr. Sachin Mohite in order to make a quick buck changed the Itinerary from their regular one without bothering that i had a 2 year kid with me. They told me that there wud a driver at Delhi airport who wud receive me.

On my arrival to Delhi, they had sent a driver with a private vehicle. This guy didn't know any of the routes to any places. Since the money was already paid, I had to suffer right throughout the journey. They had given one day from Manali to Chandigarh where the driver took 10 hours to reach the destination & this was without any traffic or any other interruptions. How can you expect a person to go for sight-seeing after sitting in a car for 10 hours? On the final day, because it was a private vehicle & the Chandigarh police is very strict, the driver took us back to Delhi. So it was without any sight-seeing in Chandigarh. Phone calls to Kripa Balaji fetched no result as they have already pocketed all the money.

These people are the greatest frauds. Hence I appeal to all of you not to do any business with these guys. They might say anything in their blogs, but once they have pocketed your money, it will be the worst nightmare for you.
